Autumn has officially arrived!  I'm celebrating the season from my neighborhood Stone Creek Coffee shop in Shorewood, WI.  I'm outside with my coffee and wearing my favorite sweater and corduroy jacket in the spirit of sweater season. It's a crisp 55 degrees, and it feels good. I have 60 minutes before the coffee shop closes, so let me get to the point.  Here are a few of my favorite zip up sweaters and hoodies from Fall 2015.  If you dressing in layers, consider zip-up sweaters and hoodies.  They're easier to remove in sudden temperature changes.  Sweaters with buttons work well too.  You'll find a few in my selection of fall sweaters for men.

How many slippers have been ruined by occasional strolls to the mailbox, or the rush to take out the trash before pick-up?  Apparently, many, because thousands of people are searching for a solution. Based in London, mahabis is a fairly new brand launched in July 2014.  Their collection of indoor outdoor slippers are sold as unisex, and come in two styles: the classic slipper (wool lining and wool upper) and the summer slipper (light-weight lining and mesh upper).  Both styles come with detachable soles for outdoor wear. As men's wear continues to evolve, some of the classics will forever be a staple, and the sport coat is one of them.  As the fall season approaches, I'm preparing looks for my clients while they're enjoying the final days of summer.  As a wardrobe stylist, it's my duty to anticipate my clients' needs before the need is before them.  One of the key pieces I'm recommending is the addition of a deconstructed sport coat.  Stripped of shoulder pads and the rigid structure some men despise, the deconstructed jacket is a great go-to-piece for layering, traveling, and casual occasions.
